XGN2-12 switch cabinet is suitable for 3-12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single bus, double bus, by-pass bus system, for the acceptance and distribution of electric energy, can meet the use requirements of various power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises.
The switch cabinet is of metal enclosed box structure, and the cabinet frame is assembled by C profile and G profile, which is beautiful in appearance, convenient for organizing production and shortening the production cycle. The cabinet is divided into circuit breaker room, bus room, cable room and relay room, and the functional rooms are separated by metal partition.
1. The circuit breaker room is located in the middle in front of the cabinet and can be installed with an integrated circuit breaker, which is easy to operate and maintain. The circuit breaker room is provided with a pressure release channel.
2. The bus bar is located at the back and upper part of the cabinet body. In order to reduce the height of the cabinet body, the bus bars are arranged in the shape of products.
3. The cabinet is insulated with inter-phase and relative air insulation distance greater than 125mm. Supporting insulators (or sets) with large crawl space are used in the cabinet, so that the switch cabinet has higher insulation level and insulation stability.
4. Cable terminal is 600-800mm from the ground, which is convenient for cable production, installation, monitoring and maintenance. Tower rubber ring is adopted to close the cable room and cable trench to prevent moisture and small animals from entering the cabinet through the cable trench.
5. The interlock mechanism between main switch, isolation switch, ground switch and cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking mode, and the product meets the requirements of "five prevention" function.
